[ID] Policy Recommendation: Development of A Participatory Engagement Model of Pentahelix Elements in The Implementation of The National Movement of Mental Revolution

The study examines the participative role of multi-actor pentahelix element in the implementation of National Movement for Mental Revolution in two areas in Indonesia.

The National Movement for Mental Revolution (GNRM) is one of the Indonesian government's priority programs that aims to change the way the perspective, way of thinking, attitudes, behavior, and way of working of Indonesian society through the involvement of various actors or what is called pentahelix. Government, academia, corporate organizations, communities or communities, and the media are the components of pentahelix or multiparties that collaborate, plan, and dedicate themselves to managing and achieving development projects.  This paper is a policy recommendation derived from two study locations' focus groups, in-depth interviews, and desk research. From the results of the identification and complexity of GNRM implementation, models of involving pentahelix elements in GNRM implementation were found.
