In Indonesia we have been carrying out various activities to support the Social Security Reform, Welfare state, and Social Economic Development in recent years.

FES Indonesia strives to contribute to these overall FES objectives and through its long-standing cooperation with the Indonesian Government and the MoU with the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture (Kemenko PMK) FES contributes to Indonesia´s national agenda of development to achieve the SDG´s. Within this national agenda (Asta Cita), Kemenko PMK and FES focus their cooperation on

  2. Strengthening social protection for vulnerable groups
  3. Strengthening economic equality in the transition to a digitalized and green economy
  4. Strengthening the ideology of Pancasila, democracy and human rights
  5. Strengthening conducive international relations

The Foundation's activities are conducted mostly in cooperation with the Partner Ministry Kemenko PMK (Coordinating Ministry of Human Development and Culture), other relevant state agencies, Universities and civil society organizations through various instruments such as conference, seminars, workshops, round-table discussions, trainings, role plays, scholarships and publications.
